I got interviewed to work under Umobile as Customer Service. Actually my concern is office hour shift, then the interviewer offered me as Service Centre and shift hour. So I just accept that offer sebab tak tahu laa apa dia cakap masa tuh, biasa lah 1st time kerja yg betol2 dan yee kan je interviewer cakap apa 😂
On 15th of August 2017, i started my training session about Umobile and Apple product with Mr. Sazali for three weeks at Jalan Bukit Bintang near with Menara Standard Chartered (alaaaa yang ada 7E tuh, atas dia je tapi sekarang semua dah pindah dekat BTS). I met new friend : Izzah, Ekin, Tasha, Ema dan lain2 dah tak ingat 😂
Middle of September, I’ve been transferred to One Utama because of One Utama dekat dengan rumah. Tambang pun murah, naik bas RM2 pergi balik. Ibu boleh hantar kalau TERlewat pergi kerja. Haaaaaaaa simple & easy. Kerja tak susah, system pon senang cuma normal laaa kerja customer service kena tahan maki. I can say at One Utama service centre , we’re all 1Malaysia (malay, indian, chinese) and we happy work together. Especially me because im the one and only girl there, they treated me like a princess 👑(HAHAHAHAHA)
Psst : Bahasa Rojak
Love it or hate it, "bahasa rojak" is the de facto national language of Malaysia. Most Malaysians will never speak true Malay, English, Mandarin or Tamil to one another. Instead, we will always communicate in that pidgin language we have grown to simultaneously hate and love — bahasa rojak.
Malaysians just aren’t the same if we only stick to one language. It’s just not in our nature, especially since we’ve grown up surrounded by so many wonderful diverse languages and cultures!
